Target Magazine Terms and Conditions
All adverts are accepted by Target Magazine on the understanding that reprinting permission has been obtained. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to acquire any necessary permissions for the use of any images, logos, trade logos, clip art or any other content that is used in their advert/editorial/article/any other content.
It is the advertiser’s responsibility to check the advert and ensure that it is correct at copy approval stage. No responsibility will be taken by Target Magazine for any errors subsequently identified (i.e after copy approval).
It is the advertiser’s sole responsibility to supply new artwork or advise of or request changes to artwork by the relevant copy deadline
.
Any logo/images/photos supplied should be a minimum of 300dpi. No responsibility can be taken for the print quality of any image/logo/photo supplied at a lower resolution.
Any adverts supplied in JPEG, PDF or any other pre-prepared format will be inserted into a Target Magazine publication as supplied and will be assumed not to require copy approval. These files may be re-sized to fit the appropriate space.
Any advert/editorial/article/design which Target Magazine has created cannot be used in another publication or advertising medium (e.g website) without the written approval of Target Magazine. A fee maybe payable to Target Magazine if an advertiser wishes to re-use an advert/editorial/article/design in this way.
Target Magazine reserve the right to reuse/edit advertisements at its discretion.
Target Magazine gives no guarantee of the level of response to adverts/editorial/articles etc.
Target Magazine are unable to offer a refund if no responses are received.
The distribution area of Target Magazine may vary at the discretion of the publisher.
We reserve the right to reuse publication if payment is not received according of the booking’s terms and conditions.
Your Contract shall come into effect once we have sent an order confirmation. You do not have to respond to your order confirmation to accept our terms and conditions. However, if you do wish to cancel you need at least 72 hours prior to the copy deadline, so we may sell your space. A cancellation fee of £30 will apply to all orders cancelled after the 14-day cooling off period.
All advertising packages roll over to the next issue. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to inform Target Magazine if they wish to stop running their advert.
The Company shall invoice the client monthly.
Target Magazine reserves the right to pass outstanding invoices to an appointed debt recovery service provider.
Late invoice payments may be charged at a rate of £10 for every week late.
